Accreditation
Current Therapeutics Inc. (CTI) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to offer continuing education for physicians. ACCME accreditation ensures that continuing education activities provided by CTI meet the high standards of the Essential Areas, Elements, and Policies for Accreditation as specified by the ACCME.
The Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) has granted CTI provider status through January 2011 as a provider of continuing education to pharmacists.
Overview
Our CE program is designed to assess the learning needs of target physicians, pharmacists, and other health care professionals by identifying where gaps in knowledge, skills, and attitudes may exist, particularly in the areas of state-of-the-art medical practice, medical advances, new therapies and drugs, and emerging technologies, and then developing activities to bridge those gaps. The target audience comprises primary care physicians, pharmacists, medical specialists, and other health care professionals.
Our Goals
Our goal is to affect behavior by helping health care professionals acquire and apply established and evolving medical knowledge, with the ultimate result of improving patient care and quality of life.
